Shipping you need to know!
Shipping speeds don't account for order processing times!!
DURING REGULAR SEASON: For non-preorder items, they are all in stock and ready to ship in the next 15 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped.

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (NOV - DEC): For non-preorder items, they are all in stock and ready to ship in the next 15-30 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Day). You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped.
For preorder items, please check the item description for an estimate item release date and ship date.
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in-stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
Postage is calculated based on our primary shipping carrier, USPS, and their postage changes based on the item’s weight and dimension.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 7~15 business days for standard shipping and processing. Please see the below map for your estimated standard shipping delivery time by location.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and include your order number in the email. Order cancellations must be made before your order ship. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or has other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. If the package was rejected due to an incorrect shipping address, we'll ask you to pay the shipping fee to re-ship the package.
Our coverage of packages only lasts until the package is marked as "DELIVERED" by the package carrier. Animon will not cover any packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier and then lost or stolen as our insurance does not cover such losses.
